Brad’s transparent leadership style fueled my entrepreneurial dreams. At 20, I took over my family’s cookie shop,and grew it into a thriving retail store specializing in corporate gifts. This venture ignited my passion for business & branding. Eager for new challenges, I established a wholesale organic bakery, anticipating the demand for special dietary foods—a foresight ahead of its time. I pitched gluten-free cookies to grocery stores when Celiac was an unknown term. Fast forward to today and every other person you know is gluten intolerant!
Fortunate to have a pivotal mentor, Martin Park, through the Canadian Youth Business Foundation, I became a spokesperson for CYBF , sharing entrepreneurial insights and media skills. After years of cross-country sales & distribution work, I sought a deeper connection to food, transitioning to a rural life, selling my businesses, and cultivating a loyal following of business owners seeking startup support, business plan writing, marketing, graphic design, and coaching.
